Renewed Apple iPhone Accessory Policy

To further improve the Amazon Customer experience, sellers of Renewed Apple iPhones will be required to include only lightning cables and wall adapters purchased directly from an approved list of brands with their Renewed Apple iPhone orders. Sellers may not include Apple-branded (OEM) lightning cables or wall adaptors with iPhone orders. We are making this change to reduce the risk of counterfeit accessories with Apple iPhones (both cables and wall adaptors).

Why are we doing this? Customer Safety. To reduce the risk of counterfeit accessories with Apple iPhones (both cables and wall adaptors).

How will Amazon ensure that all Renewed sellers are complying with this new policy? We will require that Renewed iPhone sellers maintain records of purchase orders of accessories directly from the approved manufacturers and we will monitor compliance through our ongoing test buy operations and performance enforcements.
