Changes made to your account? We'll tell you right away
|
Early detection of fraud is critical to overcoming it. If someone changes your email address in Notification Preferences in an effort to commit fraud, Amazon will let you know right away. We'll send an email to the original account asking if you made this change and provide you with contact information for the Seller Performance team if you didn't.

Sell around the world hassle-free
|
As an FBA seller, you can increase sales by offering your products around the world through the FBA Export program. When you choose FBA Export, Amazon will identify which products are export-eligible, take care of the export process, and fulfill the order. The customer pays for the shipping and import country custom duty, so there's no extra cost to you. You send your products to your regular Fulfillment Centers in the U.S. and Amazon will take care of the rest.

Change to approval process for Health & Personal Care products
If you want to start selling products in the Health and Personal Care product category, you only need to apply to sell in these six categories: Dietary Supplements, OTC Medication, Medical Supplies, Baby Food and Formula, Contraceptives, and Feminine Hygiene. If you're already selling in these categories, you don't need to take further action. If you want to sell a Health and Personal Care product that falls outside of the six categories listed above, you don't need to apply.

Buyers can opt out of receiving unsolicited emails from sellers
If a buyer chooses to opt out, a message will show up on Seller Central as "undelivered." You'll also receive a bounce email stating that the buyer has opted out of receiving your email. If you believe that your message is critical to completing an order, you can follow the instructions listed on the Buyer-Seller Messaging FAQ page to ensure your message gets to your buyer.
