Protect against order not received claims—Ship worry-free

When you ship a seller-fulfilled (non-FBA) order using postage you purchased from Buy Shipping Services in Seller Central, we'll take care of the claim if the buyer reports the order wasn't received. You won't receive a notification on your Manage Returns page and your Order Defect Rate won't be affected.

Promote your products on Prime Day—Create a Lightning Deal

Prime Day 2016, the 1-day-only shopping event for Prime members, was the biggest day in Amazon's history. Running Lightning Deals during the week of Prime Day can lead to greater exposure and sales, even after that week is over. We'll be announcing this year's Prime Day in early May but you can set up a Lightning Deal anytime. We've made some improvements to Lightning Deals based on your feedback—try one today.

Seller-to-seller tip

Make your account more secure

I suggest all sellers apply Two-Step Verification to better protect their account. It's easy to do and helps keep you safe.
—Mike H., Amazon Seller

Two-Step Verification protects your account from unauthorized access due to a compromised password. Even if an attacker guesses or steals your password, they can't sign in without a verification code, which only you can get on your phone with a call, text, or app.
