Terms and conditions for “Fulfilment by Amazon Free Inbound & Removal Trial”
  1. This promotion is in effect from 8 May 2018 to 31 December 2018 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. This promotion is open to sellers who have registered from 1 January 2012 as a Pro Seller (Sell a Lot) on either Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it or Amazon.es (the “Amazon Site(s)”), but have never offered a product for sale through Fulfilment by Amazon.
  3. This promotion is only available to sellers who have received an email from Amazon with reference to this promotion (“Promotion Email”).
  4. To qualify for the promotion you must
    • convert at least one of your offer listings on any of the Amazon Site(s) to Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) during the Promotion Period and send your first FBA items shipment from your address in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy or Spain to a local Amazon Fulfilment Centre by 31 July 2018.
    • transport your first shipment into Amazon Fulfilment Centres with Amazon’s Partnered Carrier Program (PCP).
  5. If you qualify for the promotion Amazon will
    • reimburse you for your first inbound shipment (up to 200 units1 ) that you send to our FCs with Fulfilment by Amazon through Amazon’s Partnered Carrier Programme (the “Free PCP Units”) AND
    • reimburse you the removal order fees for removal orders placed for any of the Free PCP Units no later than 31 December 2018, from any European Amazon Fulfilment Centre to your address in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain.
    • Please learn more about Amazon’s Partnered Carrier Programme. Additional Amazon conditions and carrier conditions apply. Transporting dangerous goods or hazardous material (Hazmat) is prohibited from the Partnered Carrier Programme.
  6. Any inbound and removal credit granted will be deposited in your Amazon Seller Account within four weeks after the inbound date or the removal date as applicable.
  7. Participation in the FBA programme is subject to the FBA terms in the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement. You will be responsible for ensuring all products registered with FBA comply with our terms and policies.
  8. You will remain liable for all other Selling on Amazon and Fulfilment by Amazon fees not described in this promotion.
  9. If you breach any term of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement before 31 December 2018, the promotion will be withdrawn and we will charge you for inbound or removal fees reimbursed or offered for reimbursement by Amazon under this promotion.
  10. Amazon may modify or terminate this promotion at any time by notification to you.
1 You are invited to ship more than 200 units, but to qualify for the promotion, please, create a second shipment for the additional units.
