Pricing and Eligibility

A monthly fee is calculated based on your selling account's total value of products sold to Amazon's customers during the 12 months prior to your acceptance in Marketplace Growth. Suggested 12 month commitment. Cancellation is permitted with 30 days' notice.

You must have an active Professional Selling Account in good standing on Amazon.com. Sellers who want to apply for multiple Selling Accounts must complete the application form with an email address and Merchant Token unique to each Selling Account. Marketplace Growth is currently only available for Sellers selling in the US Marketplace. Assistance Provided

  1. How often will Account Managers speak with Sellers?
    Marketplace Growth will provide a minimum monthly call with an assigned Marketplace Growth Account Manager. Additional calls may be scheduled to assist with optimizing for growth and to address other business needs. Sellers will have the direct email of their Account Manager.
  2. Can I visit my Account Manager and other Amazon teams in Seattle?
    While an onsite visit to Seattle is not a guaranteed service of Marketplace Growth, if you are interested please connect with your Account Manager for more information.
  3. What kind of merchandising assistance will we receive?
    Your Marketplace Growth Account Manager can advise your account on all Amazon deal types, including Coupons, Lightning Deals, Best Deals, and Deal of the Day. Deals are not guaranteed as part of your participation in Marketplace Growth, but they are a topic in which your Account Manager will advise your growth on Amazon. Fees may still apply to applicable deal types. You do not get free or discounted merchandising for deals and promotions as part of your participation in Marketplace Growth.
  4. Does this program include Brand Protection?
    The Brand Registry program is available for qualified Brand Owners and your Marketplace Growth Account Manager can provide you information on the program.
  5. Can you support my Vendor Express account?
    Currently, Marketplace Growth only provides assistance for Selling accounts and not Vendor accounts.
  6. What kind of Seller Support consultation do you provide?
    Sellers participating in Marketplace Growth must still follow the standard Seller Support paths as all Amazon Sellers to start. Marketplace Growth provides access to Premium Seller Support allowing Sellers in the program to escalate unresolved or business critical issues. Your Account Manager will walk you through this request process during the introductory call.
  7. Fees and Billing

  8. When will I get billed? How do I pay?
    Participants will be charged a program fee once every month against disbursements to their Account. This will appear in the Transactions Statement in Seller Central as a "Subscription Fee Adjustment". If your balance is insufficient, the credit card on file will be charged.
  9. Will my program fees change if I cross to the next tier?
    Your program fees are based on the trailing 12 months prior to your enrollment in Marketplace Growth. The payment will remain the same for the next 12 months, at which time it will be reviewed and you may move to a new tier based on your business growth or decline.
  10. How long is the program commitment?
    The minimum commitment for Marketplace Growth is 6 months, and the full program lasts 12 months. You may elect to continue service at the end of 12 months. Marketplace Growth reserves the right to end your service at any time.
  11. Is there a free trial period?
    There is no free trial period for Marketplace Growth.
  12. Can I pay less for access to fewer services?
    Marketplace Growth is currently offered as a bundled package of services and cannot be separated at this time.
