Am I impacted?

If you sell standalone batteries and batteries contained within a product in the EU.

Consequences:

Listing deactivation if we become aware of non-compliance with the Responsible Person requirement.

Deadline: June 30, 2024

Am I impacted?

Yes, if you are not established in the UK and you ship goods of non-UK origin to UK fulfillment centers.

Consequences:

Your ability to create new overseas shipments to the UK will be suspended.
