Dear Seller, |
If you sell into France through any of Amazon’s European online marketplaces (amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.fr, amazon.it and amazon.es), you may be liable for taxes and social security contributions in France. To assess the gross amount of your transactions relating to goods shipped to France (including the period Jul-1-2016 to Dec-31-2016), you can summarize your yearly transactions report by downloading the “All Orders” report in Seller Central. |
Follow the below steps: |
- Go to Seller Central (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/) and select one of the marketplaces you operate on
- Hover over the REPORTS tab and select Fulfilment by Amazon
- Select All Orders in the left hand column (under the Sales section)
- Select the date range (maximum of one month period) and hit Request Download
- Download the report
- Open the report, select “shipped” in the “order-status” column, select “FR” in the “ship-country” column
- Convert all “item-price” into EURO using your pre-defined exchange rate
- Sum up the total monthly gross transaction amount by multiplying column values in “quantity” and “item-price” column (item-price must be converted into EURO as outlined in step 7)
- Repeat step 4-8 to sum up your total gross transaction amount between Jul-1-2016 to Dec-31-2016 for the marketplace you selected in step 1
- Repeat step 1-9 to get the total gross transaction amount you made on items shipped into France via amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.fr, amazon.it and amazon.es during the calendar period Jul-1-2016 to Dec-31-2016.
