Consequences:

Listing deactivation if we become aware of non-compliance with any of the requirements, or discover that the Responsible Person information provided is invalid.

Country of Origin (COO)

Deadline: December 31, 2024

 

Am I impacted?

Yes, if your products are shipped through Amazon Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) Export programs across the following borders:

• From non-European Union (EU) countries/territories into the EU, or

• From EU and non-EU countries/territories into the UK.

 

Consequences:

In the coming months, product listings without a Country of Origin will start to be restricted from cross-border sales. To lift the restriction, you can acknowledge that you’ll provide missing information by December 31, 2024.

From December 31, 2024, product listings without Country of Origin information will be restricted from cross-border sales until the required information is provided.

 

Compliance:

Provide country of origin information by following one of the steps below:

Go to Manage All Inventory to upload by product

or

Go to Add Products via Upload to upload in bulk

Single-Use Plastics (SUP)

Am I impacted?

Yes, if you sell products containing single-use plastic on Amazon.de.

 

Consequences:

Listing deactivation.

Compliance:

Submit your registration numbers for each brand and product type combination in the Compliance Portal via Account Health > Policy Compliance > Regulatory Compliance.
