We are writing to remind you that Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) fees across the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain will be adjusted to reflect the changing costs of fulfilment, storage, transportation and customer service. We are notifying you now to give you time to plan for these changes.

• Fulfilment Fees: Effective 1 June 2017, Fulfilment fees will be increased for Non-Media Standard-Size and Oversize units. These changes will apply to units fulfilled locally as well as across Europe through the European Fulfilment Network (EFN) programme. See details
• Monthly Storage Fees: Effective 1 June 2017, Monthly Storage Fees will be increased in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain Amazon marketplaces. Rates across Germany, France, Italy and Spain Amazon marketplaces will be aligned to provide a common rate card. See details
• Customer Return Fee for Clothing and Shoes Categories: Effective 23 October 2017, a Returns Processing Fee will be applied to customer-returned products in the Clothing and Shoes categories, for which Amazon offers free return shipping. The Returns Processing Fee will not be charged in cases where the reason for the return is one for which Amazon takes responsibility. See details

Fees for FBA Prep Services, removal and disposal orders, and Multi-Channel Fulfilment are not affected by this change and will continue to apply where applicable.

• Pan-European FBA: With this programme, it is now easier for you to build your business by selling across all Amazon European marketplaces. Send products to the Amazon fulfilment centre in the country of your choice. Your products are then distributed across Europe, at no extra cost to you, to provide fast delivery to customers. You are only charged the local fulfilment fee of the marketplace where the item is ordered. Learn more
• FREE Same-Day Delivery: Tens of millions of new members have joined the Prime programme over the last year. Prime members in more than 30 cities in Europe can receive FREE Same-Day Delivery on millions of qualifying FBA items. Unlimited Free Next-Day Shipping continues to be available to Prime members across all product categories.
• Discounted VAT Advisory Rates for Amazon Sellers: You can expand your business across Europe by taking advantage of reduced-cost VAT registration and reporting with external tax advisory firms that offer special rates to Amazon sellers that are up to 70% lower than standard market prices. • Cross Border Partnered Carrier Program (PCP): You can get discounted rates when shipping small-parcel deliveries internationally from a United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain address to an Amazon fulfilment centre in Europe using the PCP programme. PCP allows you to track your shipments and makes your inventory available for sale faster. Learn more
