- Only submit your registration numbers (WEEE-Reg.-Nrs.) on the Compliance Portal once it is visible on the Stiftung ear portal. This may take up to 72 hours. Your WEEE-Reg.-Nr. will be marked as invalid if we cannot find it on the Stiftung ear portal.
- You must register your brand with Amazon to submit WEEE-Reg.-Nrs. on the Compliance Portal. You can find Brand Registry instructions on the "EPR requirements: WEEE in Germany" help page.
- If you are not the producer of the brand and type of equipment combination, you need to provide us with the WEEE-Reg.-Nr. of your upstream supplier and check the box on the Compliance Portal to confirm you are not the producer.
- If you benefit from Pan-European services, your offers on other Amazon EU stores will be affected if your EEE listings are deactivated, which means that you will have to pay cross-border shipping costs and will no longer benefit from fast delivery times for those ASINs.
- If your authorized representative is not on the Stiftung ear list, you need to check with your service provider and take the required steps to become compliant.
- Any listings with a WEEE-Reg.-Nr. from a non-admitted authorized representative will be deactivated after July 1, 2023, until the new valid registration number is provided.
- Starting June 5, 2023, we may deactivate some non-compliant listings as it takes four weeks to confirm that your offers have a valid registration at the brand and type of equipment level.
