Hello from Fulfilment by Amazon,

As the COVID-19 global pandemic continues, customers are increasingly choosing e-commerce to support their social distancing efforts. We, too, have implemented social distancing guidance within our fulfilment centres to keep our employees safe and healthy. This combination means we must focus our available capacity on the highest-priority products and, effective today, we will temporarily stop taking orders on products that we see as less essential for our customers. This applies to both Amazon Retail and FBA.

We are taking this temporary step for our Amazon.it and Amazon.fr stores so our fulfilment centre associates can focus on receiving and shipping the products customers need the most at this time, such as household staples, medical supplies and other high-demand products.

As customer demand and our fulfilment capacity continue to change, we will adjust the impacted products as appropriate and restore all listings as soon as we can. Products in our Italian and French fulfilment centres that are affected by this change will not be subject to storage fees.

Existing customer orders will be fulfilled. You can learn more on this Help page, and we will let you know when we resume regular operations. Please note that Selling Partner Support does not have further guidance.

We know this may be a difficult change for your business, and we appreciate your understanding as we prioritise products customers need most at this time.
