    Products must be new: the sale of used or refurbished products is not permitted in the Made in Italy store.

    Products must belong to one of the categories available on Amazon and must meet any specific requirements for the relevant category (e.g. image requirements).

    EANs are not required, but you can add your own SKU or bar code to each product to help you track orders placed by customers and your stock levels.

  • Do I need to have professional photos of my products?

    Images relating to products must meet the following requirements:

    • No borders, marks, text or decorations in the images (watermarks)
    • The product must be shown by itself or on a model, without accessories
    • The entire product must be shown, occupying at least 85% of the image area
    • Every image must show one single angle of the product, with no alternative details or views
    • The images must be in colour
  • Can my products be part of Amazon Prime?

  • Is there any specific requirement for shipping?

    Sellers are suggested to deliver products through carriers who provide tracking numbers.

  • How quickly do I need to ship my products after they are ordered?

    Customers love to receive products as quickly as possible. You can set your own delivery time (provided products are delivered within 30 days from order, unless otherwise agreed with the customer). Customers need to know when to expect their order, so it’s important that estimated delivery times are accurate.

  • What returns policies do apply?

    Marketplace sellers selling within the Made in Italy store must offer a returns policy equivalent to or better than the Returns Policies offered by Amazon.it, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.fr, Amazon.de, Amazon.co.jp and Amazon.com.
