Products presented and marketed as "100% Made in Italy" must be planned, designed, manufactured and packaged by the seller exclusively in Italy and you must ensure the products comply with all of the legal requirements relating to use of the phrase "100% Made in Italy" denoting the products’ origin.
Products must be new: the sale of used or refurbished products is not permitted in the Made in Italy store.
Products must belong to one of the categories available on Amazon and must meet any specific requirements for the relevant category (e.g. image requirements).

Sellers offering products that do not meet the requirements needed to be legitimately labelled as Made in Italy are no longer eligible to sell their products within the Made in Italy store. They may continue selling other items on Amazon without being part of Made in Italy store provided they comply with applicable policies and performance metrics. Sellers whose metrics improve may be eligible to re-apply for Made in Italy.
Made in Italy at Amazon is a dedicated store, so your products will appear alongside other Made in Italy items for customers to browse, discover, and shop.
After you register to sell within the Made in Italy store, you will be asked to share with us videos, pictures of your workshop, write to us about what inspires your craft and share your story and process through your own words and images. Be creative! We will then make a profile page for you to share with our customers.

Sellers are not obliged to accept return requests for custom-made or personalised items unless the items are faulty.
Where a customer does not receive a response to a return request within 3 business days, he/she may be eligible to submit a claim under the A-to-z Guarantee.
